Orders and Shipping

We are only able to ship to the shipping address provided at checkout, please note we are unable to ship to PO Box Addresses.

Due to the introduction of Phytosanitary and Customs requirements with Brexit in January 2021 we cannot post to Europe and Northern Ireland. We ONLY post to Scotland, England and Wales.

Once you have completed and paid for your order you will receive an email confirmation. If there is a problem with any item on your order, we will contact you before furthering the order.

We always ship using next day delivery to reduce time in transit. In case of any unforeseen delays and to ensure bulbs reach you in the best condition, we only send shipments between Monday and Wednesday. Allow up to 2 working days from shipping day to receive your order before contacting us to report a missing item.

Our packaging has been selected with an aim to be as environmentally responsible as possible. Our bulbs are packaged in Sphagnum moss that is grown here in the nursery. All our packaging is home compostable.

I’m not happy with my order, what do I do?

If you are not 100% happy with all or part of your order, then simply return the item(s) to us within 3 days of receipt to receive a full refund to the value of the item(s) returned. Please read ‘returning your order’ below.

I’ve received a damaged item, what do I do?

We always do our best to package bulbs to the best of our abilities, but on rare occasions they may become damaged in transit. In this instance, please email us providing full details of the damage together with clear photos showing the damage. Upon review and following the return of your item(s) we will arrange a full refund.

How do I return an item?

Before making a return, please email us letting us know that you wish to make a return. Please include a list of the item(s) you will be returning and the reason for return.

Please carefully pack the item(s) and return to the address detailed on the invoice. We strongly suggest using a tracked and insured service as we will not be responsible for any goods lost in post when returning.
